Pak Choi – Canton Dwarf White – Approx 75 seeds


Pak Choi is a great addition to a stir fry and is commonly used in Chinese cooking. This great dwarf variety is easy to grow and the young leaves can be ready in just 35-40 days.

Sow: Outdoors from February to September

Harvest: April to November

Sowing Instructions:

Sow 1.5cm deep into pre-watered soil around 10cm apart, seedlings usually appear within 14-21 days, thin out when large enough to handle to leave around 30cm spacing per plant.
