Sage – Approx 10 Seeds
Perennial shrub with grey-green leaves.
Best with pork, duck and goose, and excellent with onions, fish, cheese and liver.
Sow: Indoors, February to March, and plant outdoors May to June. Outdoors, April to May.
For best results, sow indoors at 0.5cm deep in a warm location, seedlings normally appear in 14-28 days, transplant seedlings individually when large enough to handle, grow on in cooler, but not cold conditions (after the last frost).
Sow outdoors where they are to crop, also around 0.5cm deep.
