Sweet Banana – Sweet Pepper – Approx 15 Seeds
This is a bright yellow sweet pepper which grows to around 15cm long. The peppers mature from yellow to red to orange. They can have a mild chilli heat to them and are particularly nice stuffed with goats cheese.
Sow: February to April
Sowing Instructions: Sow in seed trays in greenhouse or other heated area (such as an airing cupboard) but remove them when they have sprouted, but keep on giving them warmth and light. Germination can take upto 28 days. Pot on into 9/12cm pots and then put outside in final poistion around late May/Early June.
They can be harvested early when green or left to ripen to red, but earlier picking will encourage more fruits.
