Description
This is a great bell pepper for containers or small gardens, with each compact plant producing about ten fruits weighing 60 – 70g and measuring 6 – 8cm in length by 5cm in width. The fruits ripen very early, turning from light-green to deep red with thick, juicy flesh.
Sow indoors from January to April, in soil 0.5 cm deep, in separate pots if possible. Pot on in late May outdoors either in containers as patio plants or in a well protected site. Peppers can be slow to germinate so allow 35+ days. Compost should not be too moist to prevent the seeds from rotting.
