The Johnsons Sage Seeds produce a bushy evergreen shrub with aromatic rounded leaves. Available all year round, they’re traditionally used to complement meat dishes, particularly pork where it’s said to counteract any fattiness and aid digestion. Also great to flavour stuffing, with onion and in vegetable tray bakes. A hardy perennial herb. Sow indoors from February to March or outdoors from April to May; harvest as and when required. Average pack contains 75 seeds.
